Advertisement for separate sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services for the IRRIGATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT at Huntsville International Airport

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority (“Owner”) is requesting separate sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services for the IRRIGATION IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (the “Project”) at Huntsville International Airport (the “Airport”), located at 1000 Glenn Hearn Blvd SW, Huntsville, AL 35824 in Huntsville, Alabama.  Bids must be submitted electronically to Owner’s Representative, Will Preston, at the email address wpreston@hsvairport.org, with a copy to Owner’s Consultant, Bob Scott with Hines, Inc., at the email address bscott@hinesinc.com, no later than 2:00pm CST on May 6, 2026, Wednesday (the “Bid Due Date”).  Bids must be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders included in the Request for Proposals package (the “RFP”).

Electronic copies of the Plans and Specifications and the complete Request for Proposals may be obtained at no cost by emailing Owner’s Consultant.  Any and all questions related to the Request for Proposals and other Contract Documents shall be emailed to the Owner’s Consultant and the Owner’s Representative.

The Project will consist of a complete landscape irrigation system for irrigation improvements.

There will be a pre-bid conference held at April 15, 2026 @ 10:30am CST, Wednesday in the Administrative Offices of the Airport, which are located on the second floor of the terminal building above baggage claim.  Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly recommended for all bidders and major sub-contractors.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the Bid Due Date.
