HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (February 18, 2026) – Huntsville International Airport (HSV) announces that
Delta Air Lines has expanded its nonstop service to LaGuardia Airport (LGA), adding a second daily
flight and introducing Saturday service, making the route a true seven-day-a-week operation. The
second nonstop to New York City will begin June 7.
Nonstop air service to New York City from Huntsville began in April last year. The HSV–LGA flights
operate on Bombardier CRJ-900 aircraft featuring 76 seats, including First Class.
Delta currently offers daily nonstop service from HSV to Atlanta and Detroit, in addition to its New
York LaGuardia flights. There are approximately 80 Delta departures each week from Huntsville.
