Ten-Minute Waiting Area Extension

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority (“Owner”) is requesting sealed proposals for the furnishing of all labor,
materials, equipment and services for the Ten-Minute Waiting Area Extension (the “Project”) at the Port of Huntsville in Huntsville,
Alabama. The project consists of removal of existing markings and signage and installation of new painted striping to create
approximately 12 additional parking spaces at the front of the terminal building. Bids must be submitted via email to Jim Flowers,
Chief Design & Construction Officer (jflowers@hsvairport.org) and Amy Murphree, Chief Legal Officer
(amurphree@hsvairport.org), by 2:00 pm CST April 3, 2025. The subject line of the email shall state the name of the Project, the
body of the email shall include the bidder’s general contractor license number and classification, and the bid shall be attached to the
email in PDF format. Bids received after that date and time will not be accepted. Pre-qualification of bidders is not required.

An electronic copy of the complete Request for Proposals (“RFP”) may be obtained at no cost by emailing Jim Flowers. All
questions related to the RFP shall be directed to Jim Flowers by 2:00 pm CST March 27, 2025.

Bidder must be an Alabama General Contractor licensed by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors for Alabama
pursuant to Alabama Code Section 34-8-1, et seq. Only bids of such Contractors who are licensed prior to the date of bid opening
will be considered.

Proposals should include applicable sales and use taxes.

Owner reserves the right to reject proposals that do not comply with the requirements established in the RFP. No bidder may
withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of bid opening.
