TSA’s “Serve with Honor, Travel with Ease” is now offered at HSV in honor of our Military community and their families

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – In honor of the enduring sacrifice of our nation’s military families, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is proud to announce a new partnership with Huntsville International Airport (HSV) to enhance the travel experience for members of the U.S. military community as part of a national campaign.

TSA is introducing expedited access at HSV’s TSA PreCheck® lanes for active-duty service members and their families. In support of our military service members and families at nearby Redstone Arsenal, HSV will offer front-of-the-line privileges for military families. 

“We are proud to support our military members as they travel through HSV,” said TSA Federal Security Director for Alabama Tara Corse. “TSA HSV has a strong partnership with Redstone Arsenal, and expanding TSA PreCheck benefits will directly assist the active-duty military service members and their families stationed there. TSA is committed to honoring the service and sacrifice of military families by ensuring their travel is convenient and stress-free.”

TSA will also provide the following benefits to all military members and their families:

• Military Survivor families can enroll in TSA PreCheck at no cost.
• Spouses of active-duty personnel can receive a $25 discount on the TSA PreCheck enrollment fee.
• TSA PreCheck remains free for uniformed service members.

The TSA Cares program remains available for veterans and wounded warriors, providing personalized assistance through the screening process and ensuring a smooth and seamless screening experience.
