Wheelchair & Assistance Requests

Please notify your airline in advance of your flight to arrange for wheelchair assistance, passenger loading lifts, personal assistance throughout a connection, or escort assistance for minors.

Accompanying a Special Needs Traveler

If a traveler requires an escort for assistance through the airport, contact your airline in advance to arrange for support. SkyCap and airline personnel are available to assist with check-in, security screening, navigating the terminal, and boarding the aircraft. Family members or caregivers may also request a gate pass from the airline to accompany the traveler to the departure gate.

Our new family bathrooms located after Gate 4 offer private rooms for nursing mothers and their babies.
