Passengers who have signed up for TSA Pre ✓® enjoy a smoother security screening process with no need to remove shoes, laptops, 3-1-1 liquids, belts or light jackets. TSA Pre ✓® is included if you sign up for Global Entry.

How to Enroll in TSA Pre ✓®

Enrollment services for TSA Pre ✓® are not available at Huntsville International Airport. Please use this website to choose your zip code and obtain general program information, schedule an appointment or to check your status if you have already enrolled. If appointments are not immediately available at the enrollment center of choice, customers are encouraged to schedule an appointment at one of the alternate enrollment centers in the area.

A Global Entry Enrollment Center is at the Airport

About the Global Entry Program

Global Entry, managed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), allows pre-approved, low-risk travelers expedited clearance upon arrival in the United States. At select airports like Huntsville International Airport, members use dedicated Global Entry kiosks to:

    • Present their machine-readable passport or U.S. permanent resident card
    • Scan fingerprints for verification
    • Complete a customs declaration
    Travelers then receive a transaction receipt directing them to baggage claim and exit, simplifying the re-entry process.

    • Global Entry has a fee of $100 (only $15 more than TSA Pre✓®)
    • Once granted, Global Entry is valid for five years.

    Global Entry is available strictly by appointment. There is no walk-in service or sign-in sheet upon arrival. Please take a seat outside the Enrollment Center on the second floor, next to The Grille, and wait for your name to be called.

    Register Online

    Start your Global Entry registration by applying online through the Trusted Traveler Programs.

    Schedule Your Interview

    Once conditionally approved, schedule an interview at HSV’s Global Entry Enrollment Center.

    Attend Your Interview
    Arrive at your scheduled appointment with the required documents for a 15-minute interview to finalize your enrollment.

    What to Bring to Your Appointment

    When attending your scheduled appointment, please bring all necessary documentation:
    • Required Travel Documents – This includes items such as a passport, U.S. permanent resident card, or U.S. visas, depending on your citizenship and residency status.
    • Proof of Residence – Examples include a driver’s license or mail received at your current address.
    • Your Conditional Approval Notification in your Trusted Traveler Program (TTP) account will outline all required documentation.
