Request for Qualifications for Quality Assurance Materials Testing & IBC Special Inspection Services

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority (“HMCAA”) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) for Quality Assurance Materials Testing & IBC Special Inspection Services (“QA Testing & Inspection”) for the Parking Deck and Surface Parking Expansion Project (“Project”).
The complete Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) package is available upon request by emailing Jim Flowers, Chief Design & Construction Officer, at jflowers@hsvairport.org.
The complete RFQ submittal package includes project information, general scope of services, instructions for satisfactorily completing and submitting SOQs, the evaluation and selection process of consultants, and a sample Professional Services Agreement.
This is not a request for price proposals. Pricing or fee information provided in Consultant’s SOQs will not be used for evaluation and is subject to disqualification. Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted by email to Jim Flowers (jflowers@hsvairport.org.) by 4:00 PM on June 20, 2025. Any information received regarding the RFQ which is not in written form by Jim Flowers should not be relied upon in submission of SOQs.
All SOQs must be received by 4:00 PM on June 27, 2025 via email to Jim Flowers
(jflowers@hsvairport.org.) with a copy to Amy Murphree (amurphree@hsvairport.org.).
